Shipping Policy

• Soaps are made to order. Production typically takes 2–4 days after order confirmation.
• Production starts once we verify your payment screenshot (usually within a few hours during business days).

• Total time from order to doorstep: 5–7 working days anywhere in Pakistan.
• Remote areas (Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Kashmir, interior Balochistan) may take 2–3 additional days.
• Working days are Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are not counted.

• Flat delivery fee: PKR 350 per order.
• Free delivery on orders of 2 or more soaps (any combination).
• Delivery fee is calculated automatically at checkout — no surprises.

We ship using trusted local courier partners. Once your parcel is dispatched, we'll send the tracking number to your WhatsApp / email so you can follow it in real time.

• Please make sure your phone is reachable when your parcel is out for delivery — couriers usually call before arrival.
• If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping fee applies) or a refund of the product amount (delivery fee is non-refundable in this case).

We currently ship only within Pakistan. International orders may be considered on request via WhatsApp — additional charges and lead times apply.
