• Delivery details — address, city, province, and postal code.
• Order details — the items you ordered, quantities, and any notes you send.
• Payment proof — the screenshot you upload of your EasyPaisa / JazzCash / bank transfer.
• Basic technical data — device type and pages visited, to keep the site fast and secure.

• To prepare, package, and deliver your order.
• To verify wallet payments and share order updates by WhatsApp or email.
• To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• To improve our products, packaging, and website experience.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

We share the minimum information needed with:

• Courier partners — name, address, phone number, and order weight so they can deliver your parcel.
• Payment channels — EasyPaisa / JazzCash / the bank processing your transfer (we only see the screenshot you upload).
• Service providers — trusted vendors that help us run the website, email, and order management, under confidentiality obligations.

Your order data is stored securely in our order-management database. Payment screenshots are held in a private storage bucket that can only be accessed by authorised admins.

We keep order records for as long as required by Pakistani tax and consumer-protection law (typically up to 5 years). Payment screenshots are deleted once the order is fulfilled and any dispute window has closed.

• All traffic between your device and our website is encrypted (HTTPS).
• Admin access to your data requires a password-protected account.
• We limit access to your information to the people who genuinely need it to fulfil your order.

No system is 100% secure. If we ever become aware of a breach that affects you, we'll notify you promptly.

You can, at any time:

• Ask us what data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or update your information.
• Ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Opt out of marketing messages — we currently only send order-related messages.

Our website and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
