Return & Refund Policy
Because every soap is handmade to order and is a personal-care product, we can't accept returns for change of mind. We will absolutely make it right if we've made a mistake or your parcel arrives damaged.

1. When you can request a refund or replacement
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:
- The parcel arrived damaged or leaking (courier damage).
- You received the wrong product.
- An item is missing from your parcel.
- The product is visibly defective (e.g. mould, cracked bar).
Please share clear photos of the item and packaging so we can process your request quickly.
2. What we cannot accept
- Change of mind — since each bar is made to order and is a hygiene product.
- Used soaps or bars with the packaging opened, unless the issue was visible before use.
- Skin sensitivity after use — we list every ingredient on the product page. If you have known sensitivities, please patch-test first.
- Minor cosmetic variation in colour, swirl pattern, or weight — this is the nature of handmade.
- Requests raised more than 48 hours after delivery.
3. How to raise a request
- Message us on WhatsApp at +92 332 2865442 or email hello@bloombyaneela.com.
- Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and 2–3 clear photos.
- We'll respond within 24 working hours with next steps.
4. Resolution options
Once your request is approved, we'll offer one of the following (your choice where possible):
- A free replacement of the affected item on your next order.
- A store credit equal to the affected item's value.
- A refund to your original payment method (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer).
5. Refund timeline
- Approved wallet refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.
- Bank-transfer refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive your bank details.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable except when the issue was our fault or the courier's.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time before we begin production — usually within a few hours of placing it. Once soaps have been poured, cancellation is no longer possible because the bars are made specifically for you.
